Since we were founded by a litigation attorney, we take a more adversarial approach to real estate. We always want our clients to “win” a little more than the other side. After all, the seller of a property almost always thinks that they could have sold the property for more, while the buyer thinks that they probably could have paid less. We do not believe in “brick and mortar” offices, cubicles and agents sitting behind desks. We find these concepts redundant in today’s virtual world. Our agents are mobile and work from home offices. They also take advantage of technological solutions, such as the electronic and digital signing of documents to speed-up the real estate transaction process and reduce our carbon footprint.
